The garden lamps along the entry court have aged out. The grey lantern-style heads are faded, the single bulb gives uneven light, and the look no longer matches the rest of the property. We're replacing six of them with modern twin-head LED fixtures on the same existing pedestals — brighter coverage, longer life, finished in the same dark anthracite as the pergola.
Two curved aluminum arms hold flat-disc LED luminaires above the pole. Each head can be pointed independently — light goes where it's needed instead of glowing in every direction.
Solid die-cast aluminum body with marine-grade powder coat. IP65 means dust-tight and rated to take direct rain and sprinkler spray indefinitely.
Two LED heads on each pole roughly doubles the lit area compared to the current single bulb — without adding more poles or running new wiring. The existing concrete pedestals are reused as-is.
The dark anthracite finish ties into the pergola, the new waste bins, and the lobby refresh. Six fixtures in one consistent finish family does a lot of work for a small move.
