Item 02 · Garden Lighting

Brighter light, cleaner form.

The garden lamps along the entry court have aged out. The grey lantern-style heads are faded, the single bulb gives uneven light, and the look no longer matches the rest of the property. We're replacing six of them with modern twin-head LED fixtures on the same existing pedestals — brighter coverage, longer life, finished in the same dark anthracite as the pergola.

01 Before & After

Same pedestal, same angle
Existing The entry court today — a faded grey lantern-style single-head garden lamp atop a circular planter pedestal, chalky powder coat showing its age.
Current state · entry courtSingle-head lantern with a faded grey powder coat. Chalky, sun-damaged finish. One small bulb throwing uneven light. The look is dated and inconsistent with the rest of the building.
Proposed Concept rendering of the new twin-head goose-neck LED garden lamp installed on the same planter pedestal, anthracite finish, two flat disc-style luminaires throwing light in both directions.
With the new fixtureModern twin-head goose-neck design. Two flat-disc LED luminaires throw light in both directions. Dark anthracite finish in the same family as the pergola and bins. Same pedestal, no new base work.

02 What it is

Product detail

Twin-head LED on a goose-neck arm

Two curved aluminum arms hold flat-disc LED luminaires above the pole. Each head can be pointed independently — light goes where it's needed instead of glowing in every direction.

  • Sealed LED disc luminaires (no bulb to change)
  • Direct downlight — less spill, less glare
  • Twin heads cover both sides of a planter

Die-cast aluminum, IP65 rated

Solid die-cast aluminum body with marine-grade powder coat. IP65 means dust-tight and rated to take direct rain and sprinkler spray indefinitely.

  • Won't rust, won't fade, no annual repainting
  • Anthracite finish to match the pergola and bins
  • Engineered for South Florida humidity

03 Why it matters

Resident impact

Better coverage, same pedestals

Two LED heads on each pole roughly doubles the lit area compared to the current single bulb — without adding more poles or running new wiring. The existing concrete pedestals are reused as-is.

Pulls the entry court together visually

The dark anthracite finish ties into the pergola, the new waste bins, and the lobby refresh. Six fixtures in one consistent finish family does a lot of work for a small move.
