An 8×8 aluminum pergola over the seating area outside the 4th floor lobby. Motorized louver roof closes against rain and opens for shade and airflow. Turns an unused patio into a covered outdoor lounge.
Six modern twin-head goose-neck LED fixtures to replace the faded single-head lanterns on the entry-court planter pedestals. Brighter coverage, no new base work, same dark anthracite as the pergola.
Nine coordinated bins in dark anthracite metal with warm wood-slat side panels. Top mesh grate for ash and litter, hidden liner inside. Standardizes the entire property in the same finish family as the pergola and garden lamps.
Fifty walkway lamps to extend the path-lighting program already in place. Same fixture as the lamps installed in the last round so the look stays uniform.
