FSR · TAO Sawgrass
Four outdoor items proposed for the property, ordered as one consolidated container. Each one fixes a specific friction point or upgrades a space that residents use every day. Open the first card below for the pergola; the rest follow.
An 8×8 aluminum pergola over the seating area outside the 4th floor lobby. Motorized louver roof closes against rain and opens for shade and airflow. Turns an unused patio into a covered outdoor lounge.
Six modern twin-head goose-neck LED fixtures to replace the faded single-head lanterns on the entry-court planter pedestals. Brighter coverage, no new base work, same dark anthracite as the pergola.
Nine coordinated bins in dark anthracite metal with warm wood-slat side panels. Top mesh grate for ash and litter, hidden liner inside. Standardizes the entire property in the same finish family as the pergola and garden lamps.
Fifty more frosted-lens bollards to replace every remaining old pagoda-style fixture around the lake loop, pool deck approach, and back walkways. Once installed, the path lighting reads the same everywhere on the property.
